Abstract
From perspective of two-way embeddedness viewpoint,the evolution of inner coopetition relationship is deeply studied of dominant industrial clusters of multinational corporation during the transition process from exogenous passive embeddedness to initiative embeddedness with endogenous advantage of local enterprise.Based on systematic analysis on evolution process of coopetition relationship between local enterprise and multinational corporation,it is devided into three main stages,namely,the vertical coopetition stage,the horizontal coopetition stage,and the network coopetition stage.Furthermore,the formation rootstock,evolution path and main coopetition mode of each stage are demostrated in detail.A theoretical analytical framework is established according to it,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of dominant industrial clusters of multinational corporation in China.关键词
