毛泽东企业管理思想评析
Review on MAO Ze-dong’s thought of enterprise management
摘要
Abstract
MAO Ze-dong’s thought of enterprise management is an important component of MAO Ze-dong thought.The significances of MAO Ze-dong’s thought of enterprise management mainly include that only to combine general and individual can seize the key point of management,the keys of enterprise management are democratic management and talent training,the flexible management concept of people-oriented,and only to investigate and study deeply can deepen the cognition of enterprise management.The limitations of MAO Ze-dong’s thought of enterprise management mainly embody that the weak implementation and deviation from original intention led by practical dilemma,the inconsistent of some ideas,the tendency of Party substitutes government in ＂Angang Constitution＂,and the lack of independence and vitality of enterprise.The contemporary inspirations of MAO Ze-dong’s thought of enterprise management are： liberating the enterprise productivity is the key,stimulating workers’ vitality is the core,opposing the genius theory and advocating the practice theory,and freeing minds and seeking truth from facts is the inexhaustible motivity of enterprise development.关键词
