摘要

Abstract

A hollow spherical mesoporous silica material(MS) was synthesized from HO(CH2CH2O)2[l(CH2CH2(CH3)O)7o(CH2CH2O)20H, 2, 2, 4-trimethylpentane and tetramethoxysilane, and then the catalyst MS-Bu was prepared by supporting metallocene bis(n-butylcyclopentadienyl) zirconium dichloride and methylaluminoxane onto the synthesized material. The catalyst activity in ethylene polymerization was evaluated. MS-Bu and MS were characterized by means of XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS, ICP and N2 adsorption-desorption. SEM and XRD results showed that both MS-Bu and MS were in hollow spherical shape with symmetric hexagonal crystal. N2 adsorption-desorption results indicated that both MS-Bu and MS had TV physisorption isotherms and their pore distributions were narrow and uniform. The experimental results showed that the activities of MS-Bu in ethylene homo-polymerization and co-polymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene were high, which were 6 122 and 5 998 g/g respectively.
