县域土地利用中建设用地增长及其影响因素——以辽宁省建昌县为例
On the Expansion of Construction Land in County Land Use and its Influencing Factors-- A Case Study of Jianchang County in Liaoning Province

摘要
Abstract
This paper selects Jianchang which belongs to Liaoning province as the research object and analysis its change and efficiency of construction land from 2000 to 2010. Construction land and social factors, economic factors are selected to establish the relation model, and correlation coefficient is analyzed to conclude that. consistented with the change trend of the national land use, construction land of Jianchang is increasing year by year~ main influence factors of this change includes population, GDP, the level of urbanization, fixed asset investment and two, three industrial output value in general are similar with the most city~ in the next few years, the total amount of land in Jianchang used for construction purposes will still continue to grow, and the contradiction between supply and demand of land will become increasingly severe, which bring the huge pressure to the cultivated land protection mission, so effective coherence with the relationship between economic development, ecological environment and the cultivated land protection in county land is imminent.关键词
