Abstract
Various reasonsfor the shortage of funds and the consequences of lack in funding in Liaoning Technical University are analyzed and combined with its subject strength and prospects for development, some measures are put forward to promote professional disciplines major construction development such as developing preponderant discipline and interactive teaching, as well as social participation in education and constructing saving universities.关键词
