Abstract
Problems in crisis management taken by the Japanese government and enterprises during the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear leakage accident are researched and its revelation to public crisis management is analyzed and summarized indicating that the popularization of crisis consciousness, normality and publicity of management and information, as well as diversity of crisis assistance and rationalization of decision-making are major means to tackee with public crisis.关键词
