The Environmental Evaluation of the Sci-Tech Innovation of the Agricultural Research Institutes in Liaoning Province

Abstract
Abstract： There are quantitative indicators that are closely related to the agricultural technological innovation environment, through which the environmental index evaluation system of the agricultural technological innovation of Liaoning province can be established. The environmental index evaluation system can be divided into four aspects： the talent environment for technological innovation, infrastructure environment, governmental support environment and social support environment. Realizing agricultural technological innovation involves creating a talented-personnel-friendly atmosphere to attract talented people, strengthening the infrastructure construction for technological innovation, constructing a new environment to increase investment in agricultural technological innovation, forming an aconducive social environment to agricultural technological innovation, accelerating the agricultural technological innovation system building and making every effort to make the Liaoning agricultural technology take the forefront place countrywide as quickly as possible.关键词
