Abstract： Entering upon ideological mainstream, the 21st century, the graduate group has revealed the features of increasingly strengthening consciousness of independence positive enterprising d democracy, and ceaselessly rising consciousness of scientific innovation. In such a situation, how to strengthen and improve the current graduate education and administration has become an important subject to further improving graduate comprehensive quality and pushing forward the reform and development of higher education. The graduate school of Shenyang Agricultural University has tried out the graduate assistant system in its graduate education and administration for three years. The three years of exploration and practice shows that this system has effectively improved the graduate education and administration work, whether in selection and engagement, daily management, performance evaluation, daily ideological and political education, Party organization building, construction of class collective and backbone, or in special groups and special stage.关键词
