CFRP主缆与索夹间摩擦学性能试验研究
Experimental investigation of tribological properties between CFRP main cable and clamp

Abstract
In order to investigate the tribological properties between carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) main cable and clamp of suspension bridge, the contact characteristics of friction were analyzed theoretically. A formula for calculating the friction coefficient was introduced. The tests were conducted under flat contact condition and real bridge contact condition. Theoretical and experimental results show that, the friction coefficient between CFRP main cable and clamp is about 0. 36. The tribological properties of CFRP cable can meet the design standards. The tribological properties between CFRP main cable and clamp are stable when radial compressive stress is less than 14. 6 MPa, but the friction coefficient decrease when radial compressive stress is greater than 14.6 MPa. The friction coefficient under the two contact conditions can agree well. The theoretical design formula, which is safe for design, is suitable for calculating the friction coefficient between CFRP main cable and clamp.关键词
