摘要

Abstract

The CaCu3 xMgxTi4O12 ceramics with x = 0,0. 2,0. 4,0. 6,0. 8,1. 0 are prepared by solid state reaction method and the dielectric properties are analyzed and discussed in this thesis. The studied results show that the crystal particle sizes of MgO doped ceramics become smaller. The dielectric constant is best at x= 0.6, but it decreases rapidly with frequency increasing. The dielectric constant increases slowly a( x—0. 2 and 0. 4, but it changes rarely with frequency varying. Because of adding MgO, the dielectric loss of ceramics increases greatly below the frequency of 1000Hz. It reveals that MgO addition can decreases effectively the resistance of CaCu3-x MgxTi4O12 ceramics.
