摘要

Abstract

Guided by the direction of standardization of railway construction project management, around the key process and relying on modern information technology such as WebGIS, this article discusses the development of the integrated information management system of railway construction project in order to achieve standardized management on rules, staffing, site and process control and achieve effective management on quality, safety, cost and construction period so as to lay a solid foundation for raising the scientific management level and realizing the strategic objectives of rapid development. The network solution, the visualization solution base on GIS technology, and the design scheme of system structure are proposed combined with the information technology and the characteristic analysis of railway construction project. The practical application of this system in capacity expanding and renovation of Handan-Jinan Railway shows that this system has the important meaning to improve the management level of project.
