Abstract
By sodium hydrosulfite with glucosum as the reduction system of vat dye, the influences of ratio of sodium hydrosulfite and glucose concentration, sodium hydroxide concentration, deying temperature on dye uptake, fixation uptake, K/S value are investigated by the single factor experiment. Dyeing optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal expriment are: dye 2%(owf), sodium hydrosulfite 13.5 g/L, glucose 1.5 g/L, sodium hydroxide 16 g/L, dyeing and reduction temperature 50℃. By compared the optimizing process with traditional dyeing process, it is found that the dyeing effect of compound rebuction system is superior to the traditional dyeing process.关键词
