摘要
Abstract
Objective To examine the expression & correlation of estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors in uterine sarco-
coma. Their correlation was analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the positive rate of ERa protein between endometri-al stromal sarcoma tissues, uterine leiomyosarcoma tissues and uterine care i no sarcoma tissues(P <0. 01) on one hand and normal myo-metrium tissues on the other hand. The PRA-, PRB positive rate of endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues was considerably different (P < 0. 05) from that of uterine leiomyosarcoma tissues and uterine carcinosarcoma tissues. Conclusion ERa, ERp and PRA, PRB were
all expressed in endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues,uterine leiomyosarcoma tissues,yterine carcinosarcoma tissues,and normal myo-
metrium tissues. The expression of ERa is positively correlated with PRA and PRB in endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues.关键词
