The Division of Labor, Equality and Democratic Consensus in Communist Society
摘要
Abstract
The communist society proposed by Marx should have the division of labor in the material production. It is a fact that the society has different kinds of works. It needs the members to finish different works, namely, the division of work. In communist society, one aim is that members have the equal entitlement to an all-around development according to their interest, potential and personality. In order to conciliate the dilemma, the members can choose his work willingly according to his interest and exchange their jobs freely. However, the idea does not have the feasibility. And furthermore, democracy can not balance and form some con- sensus among the equal requirements of the equal members. So, the aim that the members have the equal entitlements to develop in an all-around way is difiqcult to be realized.关键词
