摘要
Abstract
Electrically tunable preselectors are key elements in modern radio monitoring receivers. Adding a narrowband preselector in the RF front end may improve the IIP2 as well as the anti - jamming capability of the system. The paper introduces the design of electronically tunable bandpass filter based on mierostrip combline resonator loaded with variable capacitors, and analyzes the theoretical principles of the resonator. The co-simulation based on circuit and EM analysis is accomplished by ADS. The test result shows that the filter has a tuning range from 1.5 GHz to 2. 1 GHz with a low insertion loss ( less than 4 dB across the entire tuning range). Finally, the paper discusses how to further improve the performance of the filter.关键词
