摘要
Abstract
The paper concerns itself with the problem about how enterprises develop their capacities through the strategic alliance. According to the viewpoint of knowledge theory, the development of enterprises competence is the process of organizing learning. Therefore, the learning process in the strategic alliance is di- vided into two stages：＂ knowledge transfer＂ and ＂ knowledge transformation＂. At the first stage, main influen- cing factors of knowledge transfer are summarized. At the second stage, according to the viewpoint of knowledge management, it is thought that the competence of knowledge transformation will decide whether enterprises can consolidate and develop their own capacities through strategic alliance.关键词
