施用沼肥和发酵豆饼肥对黄土高原山地梨枣产量和品质的影响
Effects of the Application of Biogas Manure and Soybean Cake Compost on Yield and Fruit Quality of Pear-jujube in Mountainous Region of Loess Plateau

Abstract
Field experiment was conducted to study the effects of the application of biogas manure and the cake fertilizer on yield and fruit quality of close planted pear-jujube in mountainous region of the Loess Plateau. The results showed that both applying the biogas manure and the cake fertilizer could significantly increase the chlorophyll content in pear-jujube leaves compared with the contrast; the biogas manure and the cake fertilizer not only obviously increased the fruit size and weight, improved the fruit shape index, but also significantly enhanced the yield of pear-jujube, and the yield increase rate were 62. 28% and 154.68%, respectively. Meanwhile, the quality of pear-jujube and rich nutrition were improved significantly, by the application of biogas fertilizer, the content of vitamin C in pear-jujube increased, and when application of the cake fertilizer also increased the sugar content and the content of total flavonoids in pear-jujube significantly. In short, the application of biogas manure and the cake fertilizer can improve the yield and fruit quality of pear-jujube in the mountainous areas in the Loess Plateau.关键词
