基于修正模糊优选法的陕西省水环境承载力评价
Water environmental carrying capacity in Shaanxi Province based on improved fuzzy optimization process

Abstract
Evaluation index of water environmental carrying capacity is determined in Shaanxi, depending on characteristics of the water environment in Shaanxi Province and selection principles of water environment carrying capacity evaluation index. Based on characteristics of water environment carrying capacity factors, three - layer structure model of evaluation factors are established and the weight of each index is calculated. Based on the characteristics of fuzzy optimization model, improved fuzzy optimization model is used to determine environment quality excellent degree of the pollution factors. The study results show that water environmental carrying capacity was gradually improving from 2005 to 2009 and the valuation value rose from 0. 52 to 0. 29 in Shaanxi Province. It is proved that improved fuzzy optimization model is simple and convenient to use, evaluation results are reasonable and can directly reflected the state of regional water environment carrying capacity.关键词
