摘要
Abstract
Objective:To invesligate and analyse the relationship between the telophase of MⅡ oocytes morphology and the embryonic development potential in IVF-ET. Methods: Oocytes at telophase of M Ⅱ were evaluated with oocyte morphology based on the zona pellucida, follicular plasma, and the both polar bodys morphology with light microscope after granulosa cells removed, according to morphology, oocytes were divided into three groups (Ⅰ～Ⅲ ). Graded oocytes were compared with each other in pronucleus of high scored Z1/Z2 formation rale, cleavage rate,high quality embryo rale and clinical pregrancy rate respectively. Results; Morphological scoring egg from ⅠtoⅢgrade, the rates of fertilization and cleavage were not significantly different ( P > 0. 05 ). But the high quality embryo rates decreased significantly ( P < 0.05). Along with the increased of the numbers of transfered embryos which was development from high morphorlogy scored oocytes, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rale increased (P< 0.05). Conclusion;In conventional IVF cycles,the telophase of MⅡ oocytes morphology have no effect on the high graded pronuclear formation and cleavage rate,but it may play an important role to indicate the potential of early embryonic development.关键词
