Abstract
Objective: To evaluate different expression of Survivin, Fas and FasL in cervical carcinoma cells before and after the arteria femoralis interventional chemotherapy and clinical significance. Methods:Samples from 40 cases of normal cervix,30 cases of cervical in-traepithelial neoplasie( CIN) ,56 cervical cancer with slage ⅠB~ⅡB, which included tissues before and after the interventional chemotherapy and surgeon were examined and marked through immunohistochemical method for Survivin, Fas and FasL, besides, their relations between the change of them and clinical efficiency were analyzed. Results; (1) After the interventional chemotherapy, the expression of Survivin and FasL decreased and that of Fas increased significantly(P<0.05). (2) In cervical cancer the changing of Fas expression was significantly negative correlated with the changing of Survivin expression(r=-0.9580,P<0.05) , while significantly negitive correlated with the changing of FasL expression(r=-0.9530 ,P<0.05). (3) After the arteria femoralis interventional chemotherapy the change of the three apoptosis proteins was much more,the clinical efficiency was much better. Conclusion:The changes of Survivin, Fas and FasL expression are significantly related with cervical progress, the interventional chemotherapy, through inhibiting the growth of these cells and shortening gross tumor volume,can fulfill the suppression of metastasis with promoting apoptosis of the cervical carcinoma cells.关键词
