Abstract
The fabric of Coolmax/cotton blended spandex core-spun slub yarn becomes the research focus of the high-grade garment fabric in summer due to its excellent transmission and air permeability. According to the practical production, this paper systematically analyzes the impact of main process parameters on the yarn production and summarizes the process principles in the production process. The results show that： the slubby yarn breakage and core yarn with exposed core and without core can be avoided effectively under the conditions of low speed, low tension, and large twist coefficient. big separation, small draw ratio of posterior region关键词
