Abstract
With the development of colleges and universities in recent years, the number of students increased dramatically, all kinds of problems, which makes the university teachers in the teaching, scien- tific research, life and other aspects of pressure sense. Their physiological and psychological features of college female teachers decided to withstand the pressure of more complex, diverse, especially in young fe- male teachers. This subject group on the city by a female college teachers two different groups of SCL--90 questionnaires, reached different health status. The questionnaire data, respectively, the statistics of in- spection and test for the mean difference of bilateral test and variance ratio test. The results showed that both take part in trade union activities less female teachers in somatization, depression, anxiety, three as- pects have the adverse tendency; and to participate in union activities more female teachers in terms of anx- iety only slightly bad tendency. Results show that school trade union and labor union in alleviating female teachers, female teachers applying health security, the maintenance of a stable and harmonious teaching environment has played a positive role.关键词
