Rapid Detecting Muscovy Duck Reovirus by Indirect Fluorescence Assay
摘要
Abstract
Monoclonal antibody(MDRV 237--11)against Muscovy duck reovirus was used to build up indirect fluorescence assay(IFA) in order to detect Muscovy duck reovirus (MDRV). The results showed that frozen section of Muscovy duck infec- ted with MDRV MW9710 strain could appear specific bright green fluorescence by IFA, moreover, 12--old--day Muscovy duck embryo inoculated with liver and spleen homogenate were isolated the virus. So, IFA could replace virus isolation to detect Muscovy duck reovirus rapidly.关键词
