摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the sleeping quality and serum estradiol ( E2 ) , follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH) , or luteinizing hormone ( LH) in perimenopausal women. Methods: Sleep qualities of 41 perimenopausal women were interviewed with Pittsburgh sleep quality index , according to which they were divided into poor sleep quality group ( Group I) and normal sleep quality group ( Group II). The serum E2 , FSH and LH levels were assessed for correlation analysis . Results: The level of serum E2 in Group I was signifi -cantly lower than that in Group II , while the serum FSH and LH in Group I were significantly higher than those in Group II ( P < 0. 05 ). Furthermore , they were all correlated with the sleep quality in different levels . Conclusion: Lower serum E2, and higher FSH and LH , suggests worse quality of sleep in perimenopausal women .关键词
