脑瘫患儿脑干听觉诱发电位的分析
Analysis of brainstem auditory evoked potential in children with cerebral palsy

Abstract
Objective; To analysis the characteristics and significance of the brainstem auditory evoked poten -tial ( BAEP) in the children with cerebral palsy ( CCP). Methods: BAEP of the 132 cases of CCP were collected for analysis of the waveform, peak latency (PL) , interpeak latency (IPL) and amplitude ratio. Results:The abnormal BAEP rate in 132 cases was 83. 3% , with wave V, III, I abnormalities observed in 103 , 94 and 38 ears, respectively. The suspicious , mild, moderate and severe abnormality in response threshold of wave V were revealed in 31 (23. 5% ) , 51 (38. 6% ) , 21 (16. 9% ) and 6 (4. 5% ) cases , respectively. Conclusion: Abnormal BA-EP, especially in central auditory neural conduction problems , suggests diagnosis of CCP. Early application of BA-EP improves the rehabilitation of CCP.关键词
