突发事件应急救援人员的分组方法研究
Study on the Grouping Method for Rescue Workers in the Emergency Rescue

Abstract
A grouping method based on optimization model is proposed to solve rescue worker grouping problem in the emergency rescue. Firstly, a description of the rescue worker grouping problem in the emergency rescue is given. Then, according to the feature information of rescue workers with respect to the result of each rescue task, the performances of rescue workers concerning different rescue tasks are calculated. Furthermore, a multi-objective optimization model for rescue worker grouping is built, in which the objectives are to maximize the efficiency of each rescue task, and the constraints are that one rescue worker can only be assigned to one group and the number of rescue workers in each group can satisfy the need of the task. Thus, the grouping result of rescue workers can be determined by solving the model. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are illustrated by a numerical example.关键词
