Supply Chain Coordination of Perishable Goods with the Price Continuously Decreasing under Stochastic Demand
摘要
Abstract
This paper studies the supply chain coordination problem in with the retail prices of short life cycle products declining over time. The decentralized decision, centralized decision and based revenue sharing contract optimal order policy models are developed respectively and many of their properties are discussed. Consequently, a supply chain coordination policy is proposed. We show that this policy not only suits the condition of the price declining over time, but also maximizes the expected profit of the whole supply chain, and furthermore, it shows extensive applicability. At last, a numerical experiment is given to prove the validity of the developed models and policy.关键词
