Research on the Optimization Problem of a High Voltage Switch Assembly Process

Abstract
This paper proposes a real life optimization problem of production process for a high voltage switch assembly line; optimization of a high voltage switch assembly process. The problem is a new optimization one, because it is different from the traditional layout one by the constraints of assembly line process. In this paper, the real life problem is formulated as an integer programming model. Moreover, a heuristic is proposed for solve the model. As a case study, the heuristic approach is applied to the assembly process of high voltage switch ZF11-252.关键词
