摘要

Abstract

Leader talents play an important role in social organization, therefore, leader talents evaluation is meaningful for social organization development. Based on the definition of leader talents, this paper follows the thought of match better conforming to the rules, and puts forward a leader talent evaluation method based on individual advantages analysis. It can provide technical support for social organization to select leading talents . The proposed method is objective, and also it pays attention to group identity based on the same advantage structure. It demonstrates the method is feasible by means of the application process of the calculating example.
