Abstract
Objective To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy. Methods Applied color Doppler ultrasound in uterine and adnexal, when mass was inspected, carefully observed its boundary, internal echo and the relationship with peripheral organs. Results In 42 cases, 9 cases were sac type, 5 cases were floating type, 28 cases were mass type in, and 9 cases were attenuation mass type, 13 cases were mixed mass, 6 cases were solid mass. Conclusion When fetal cystic structure was observed in adnexal, and yolk sac and embryo echo were detected, we can make the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy; when pelvic cavity structure is disorganized, and the cyst-solid or solid inhomogenous mass is detected, feeling of ache increases while probe pressurizing, and no echo area is detected in pelvic cavity, urine HCG is positive, it is highly suspected of ectopic pregnancy.关键词
