磁共振类PET成像技术对"健康人群"肿瘤普查的应用
Application of MRI PET Imaging Technology in Cancer Screening of Healthy People
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of MRI PET imaging technology for tumor screening of healthy people. Methods 1056 cases of patients who got MRI and did not have tumor history were selected to do diffusion weighted imaging. Results 35 cases with 42 lesions showed high signal on DWI and low signal on ADC images. Compared with the normal region, the ADC value of each lesion was decreased significantly (> 50%) . These lesions are clinically proven to be malignant lesions or metastatic lesion. Conclusion MRI PET technology can detect primary lesions and metastatic lesions, and has advantages of no radiation, no injection of contrast agent, quick detection, is suitable to tumor screening in healthy people.关键词
