Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in deep venous thrombosis of crura in elderly patients with bone fracture. Methods 116 cases of such patient were examined by color Doppler to observe the crura vein lumen inner diameter, position, echo characteristics and blood flow. Results The elderly thrombosis patients with fracture showed widened lumen, and the lumen images are hypoechoic or anechoic, and part of the thrombus may be flowing. In elderly patients with fracture, the incidence of leg vein thrombosis was high, and the incidence of thrombosis with knee fracture was also high. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound not only can quickly diagnose the crura deep thrombosis in elderly patients with fracture, but also can observe its dynamic evolution, is the preferred method for diagnosis of crura vein thrombus.关键词
