A Portable Image Quantitative Testing Instrument for Prostate Cancer

Abstract
Objective To develop a portable image quantitative testing instrument for prostate cancer. Methods This system centered on S3C6410 microprocessor to build the image recognizing system, drove a camera named MT9D111, and acquired the image of the colloidal-gold strips produced by "double-antibody sandwich method". The strips were held by a special equipment called "three layers holding device", the application programming was used to analyze the gray-scale value of the image strips, and the results were shown on SHARP LQ080V3DG01 LCD. Results The strips changing process in the operating process of the device was convenient, the multiple correlation coefficient of gray-scale value of the image strips and prostate cancer-specific antigen could achieve highest to 0.952 3, and the results shown in the LCD were clear and definite. Conclusion This portable image quantitative testing instrument is incorporated with the thought of ergonomics, and it achieves the purpose of community and home medicine.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(4): 18-20]关键词
