Abstract
Practice of medical equipment centralized bidding of Guangzhou Military Area Command, including building rules and regulations, effective organization and implementation, getting a grip on bidding and strictly identification of vendor is introduced. Premise, foundation, key factor and guarantee of medical equipment centralized bidding are concluded systematically. Some suggestions are provided that much work should be done in improving negotiations mode and performing the contract, and also much attention should be put on the management of medical equipment procurement for cooperation project.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(4):119-120]关键词
