Abstract
Objective To improve the hospital environment, maintain the patient triage order, improve Lhe hospital service quality and reduce the medical disputes. Methods The outpatient triage system was designed and implemented based on the "No.1 military medical project", using web services technology. Results This system was easy to be integrated and very usable, which effectively improved the efficiency of patient triage. Conclusion This system is full-functional and practicable, effectively improves the quality of hospital services, and has obvious benefits on economy and social.
