摘要

Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on energy metabolism of muscle tissue in Wujin pigs.One hundred and eight Wujin pigs were randomly allotted into six groups fed diet containing different energy or protein levels.There were eighteen pigs in each group with three replicates which contained six pigs for each replicate.The dietary energy and protein levels were high energy (HE,14.22 MJ/kg),medium energy ( ME,12.89 MJ/kg) and low energy (LE,11.74 MJ/kg),high protein (HP,18%,16% and 14%),medium protein ( MP,16%,14% and 12% ),low protein (LP,14%,12% and 10% ) respectively.At the body weight of 30,60 and 100 kg,Wujin pigs were slaughtered and blood,liver and muscular tissues were taken for analyzing contents of blood sugar,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,lactic acid,and activity of lac-tate dehydrogenase,Na+ K +-ATPase and Ca2+ Mg2 +-ATPase.The results showed that contents of blood sugar,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen and lactic acid and the activity of Na+ K+-ATPase,Ca2+ Mg2 +-ATPase and lactate dehydrogenase increased as Wujin pigs fed dietary of energy or protein level increased.The higher dietary energy or protein level could increase the contents of blood sugar,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen and lactic acid and the activity of Na+ K+-ATPase,Ca +Mg +-ATPas,and lactate dehydrogenase at 60kg body weight (P <0.05).At the body weight of 100 kg,the higher dietary energy or protein level could increase contents of blood sugar,hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen and the activity of Na+ K+-ATPase and Ca2 +Mg2 -ATPase.The results indicated that higher energy ( HE,14.22 MJ/kg) or protein (HP,18%) level of dietary could promote synthesis of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen,increase the action of glycolytic pathway,and therefore advanced the energy metabolism of muscle tissue in Wujin pigs.
