摘要

Abstract

Anaerobic digestion is a complex process of microbial metabolism.It can eliminate pollutants as well as produce biogas,therefore showing bigger potential for practical application.As the scaling-up of the fermentation industry,here is an urgent request for real time monitoring and optimization of the anaerobic digestion.LabVIEW has succeeded in on-line monitoring and automatic control of anaerobic digestion.In this study,an on-line monitoring and control system for two-phase anaerobic digestion process was developed based on LabVIEW,and its structure and the hardware composition as well as key technologies for the realization of each module were introduced in detail.This system,u-sing LabVIEW virtual instrument as development platform and integrating Multifunctional Dala Aquisi-tion Card,sensors and various executive devices,could collect,handle,store and automatically adjust parameters during the anaerobic digestion.Test results showed that this system could run stably and exhibited favorable performance in monitoring and optimizing the process.
