The Water Resources Optimal Allocation in Qingling River Irrigated Area Based on Deficit Irrigation

Abstract
In according to the decomposition-coordination principle of large-scale system, the optimal allocation model of water resources in regions is established on the theory of deficit irrigation. Based on this theory, the model was used to study the water resources optimal allocation in Qingling river big irrigation area. For every layer subsystem, in order to optimize the calculated result, the suitable solving multi - phases process methed or multi-phases decision-making process dynamic plan method could be adopted. The case showed that the theory and method this dissertation adopted were right. At the same time, utilization of the water resources optimal allocation and deficit irrigation method provide a new way to rational use water resources with large potential of water saving.关键词
