摘要

Abstract

Biological contact oxidation technology is used to treat heavy oil sewage in the oilfield, The characteristics of biofilms are decided by crude oil composition in biofilms in three grade biological contact oxidation pools of series operation. Along the flow direction, easily degradable composition of crude oil decreases gradually and refractory composition of crude oil increases gradually. Biofilm thickness and quantity of the dominant bacteria in the primary biochemical pool are more than those of the second and third grade biochemical pools; Algae grow very well on biofilms in the posterior portion of the primary, in the second and the third biochemical pools; Protozoa grow on biofilms in the second and the third biochemical pools; Metazoan only grow on biofilms in the third biochemical pool.
