Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of D0C1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Methods The histological characteristic of GISTs was studied microscopically. The expressions of DOG1 on 65 cases of GISTs were tested by EnVision immunostaining. Results The expression rate of D0G1,CD117,CD34,α-SMA,Des and S-100 in 48 cases of GISTs from stomach was 89.2%,79.2%,68.8%,33.3%,10.4% and 14.6%,respectively. The expression rale of DOG1,CD117,CD34,α-SMA,Des and S-100 in 17 cases of GISTs from intestinal tract was 88.2%,64.7%,70.6%,35.3%,11.8% and 11.8%,respectively. Thirteen among 16 cases of GISTs negative for CD117 were positive for D0G1 while 3 among 7 cases of GISTs negative for DOG1 were positive for CD117. Forty-two cases (65%) were followed-up by 3-33 months. Twenty-six cases were relieved or unchanged,12 cases were relapsed or metastasized and 4 cases were dead. Conclusion DOG1 is a useful marker for GISTs,especially for GISTs negative for CD117.关键词
