摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the use of salpingosonography for detection of patency of fallopian tubes and pelvic adhesion.Methods: One hundred and sixty-two infertility patients were examined by salpingosonography,of them 25 patients had already examined by hysterosalpinogram (HSG).Firstly,normal saline was irrigated into the fallopian tubes through uterus,then normal saline was injected into pelvic cavity through posterior fornix puncture,and finally the pelvis was scanned ultrasonically by transvaginal sonography(TVS).Results: Salpinosonography not only can examine the patency of fallopian tubes,but also can observe the morphology of fimbria,mobility and adhesion of fallopian tube and adhesions in pelvis.The imaging rate of fallopian fimbria was significantly higher than that of controls (P<0.01).Conclusions: Salpingosonography is superior to HSG for observing the mobility of fallopian fimbria and discovering the adhesions in pelvis.关键词
