摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate effects and the combined anterior and posterior approach to the treatment of multi-segmental lumbosacral tuberculosis interventions. Methods 70 patients of multi-segmental lumbosacral tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group patients ( n = 38 ) treated with the combined anterior and posterior approach. The control group patients ( n =32 )treated with the anterior debridement. Follow-up for 2～3 months,using the Frankel grading system to assess the function of spinal cord injury,and compare the changes of the overall health of two groups patients ( GH ),the physiological function ( PF ),role physical ( RP ), social function ( SF ), emotional functions ( RE ), mental health ( MH ) in the quality of life. Results After treatment, all patients with Frankel grade and quality of life are superior to those before treatment ( P < 0. 05 ). Comparing between the two groups, the experimental group were superior to the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The combined anterior and posterior approach to treat multi-segmental lumbosacral tuberculosis can significantly improve quality of life for patient,and reduce the damage of spinal cord function.关键词
