Abstract
Objective To compare the treatment effect of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass( LRYGB ) and conventional treatment in type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM ) with hypertension. Methods Totally 41 cases T2DM with hypertension were divided into 2 groups: group A ( 23 patients received basal treatment for 6 months ), group B ( 18 patients received basal treatment, LRYGB surgery and followed-up for 6 months ). The baseline characters and parameters were detected. After treatment, changes from baseline of all parameters were recorded. The differences between 2 groups were tested. Results compared with group A, distinctive decreases of blood pressure( BP ), glyco-sylated hemoglobin Alc( HbAlC ) , body mass index( BMI ), lipid, left ventricular mass index( LVMI ) were found in group B( P <0. 05 ) 6 months later, and E/A were increased in group B( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion LRYGB surgery may has better improvement of HbAlc, BP, BMI, lipid, E/A, LVMI.关键词
