中空拉力螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折术中透视分析
Analysis of the X-ray perspective times during close reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with cannulated screws for the treatment of femoral neck fractures

Abstract
Objective To discuss the way of reducing radiative risks for operators and patients during close reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with cannulated screws for the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods X-ray perspective times during the operation was retrospectively analysed on the basis of operational procedure in 64 patients with femoral neck fractures. Results In Garden Ⅰ/ Ⅱ type group, Garden Ⅲ type group and the Garden Ⅳ type group, average X-ray perspective times suffered by the operators were respectively ( 26.60 ±9.03 ),( 28.90 ±9.00 ) and( 28.90 ±12. 30 ) times, there was no statistical difference between groups;those suffered by the patients were respectively ( 34. 70 ± 9. 18 ), ( 42. 50 ± 10. 10 )and ( 46. 80 ± 12. 08 ) times, there was statistical difference between GardenⅠ/ Ⅱ type group and other group; the percentage of X-ray perspective times suffered by the operators and patients were respectively (68.50 ±6.25 )%, (62. 10±7.08 )% and ( 56.30 ±9.08 )%, has a decreasing trend, but no significant difference. Conclusion In the treatment of femoral neck fractures, the X-ray perspective times is rather large. In all groups, the percentage of X-ray perspective times suffered by the operators and patients were all more than 50% , so it is crucial for operators and patients to decrease radiative risks by reducing the X-ray perspective times during implanting three guide needles.关键词
