摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein in the treatment of subclinical varicocele. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients underwent high ligation of spermatic vein were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operations were successful in all the cases. The mean operation time was 35 minutes with little bleeding. The mean hospitalization was 3 days. No recurrence was reported during the follow-up of 3 to 6 months. Conclusion With the advantages of clear view, minimally invasive-ness and few complications, laparoscopic ligation for varicocele is of great clinical value in the treatment of subclinical varicocele.关键词
