Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis ( MIPPO ) and conventional plate for fixation of tibia comminuted fracture. Methods 95 cases were divided into observayion group( MIPPO group ) and contrli group ( conventional plate group ). The intraoperative and postoperative situation was analyzed,and their indicators were compared statistically. Results The differences of two groups in incision size, bleeding volume, mean hospital stay and bone union time were significant ( P <0. 01 ). But mean operative time and functional results were not significantly different P >0. 05 ). Conclusion MIPPO is a safe and effective procedure for fixation of tibia fracture with benefits of limited invasion, few complications and high rate of bone union.关键词
