Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation on respiratory function of patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods; 118 cases of one-stage pneumoconiosis were given medication and lung lav-age in combination with physical therapy, exercise training, acupuncture, massage and health education. Respiratory function, quality of life and anxiety before and after treatment of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation were e-valuated. Results: After treatment for two months, FEV1 and MVV score, exercise capacity and respiratory muscle endurance were significantly increased (P<0. 05,0. 01), and quality of life and anxiety scores were significantly decreased (P<0. 01) in 118 cases of pneumoconiosis as compared with those before treatment. Conclusion: Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation can promote the respiratory function, relieve dyspnea symptoms, and improve the quality of life of the patients with pneumoconiosis.关键词
