摘要
Abstract
To study carbachol and thymosin on cellular immune function in patients with MODS.METHODS:208 cases of MODS patients were selected,which were randomly divided into the normal treatment group,carbachol group,thymosin group and the combined treatment group.Using flow cytometry to test the changes of CD14+ monocots human leukocyte antigen DR (HLA-DR) and Lymphocyte apoptosis. RESULTS:Normal treatment group was compared with the other treatment groups,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05); carbachol group was compared with the thymosin group,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05) ; the combination therapy group comparing with other groups,the difference was also significant (P＜0.05).Carbachol and thymosin can enhance immune function in patients with MODS,combined treatment doing better effect.CONCLUSION:Carbachol and thymosin has some clinical value on the treatment of MODS.关键词
