摘要
Abstract
Objective We expose our early experience in three cases with artificial dermis (Pelnac) for scalp defect with skull exposure. Methods Three patients suffered full thickness defects with skull exposure.because of removing tumors in scalps.Artificial dermis,Pelnacwas used to cover exposed skull.followed by skin graft performed 3 weeks later.The average surface area of the defect was 89cm2. Results There was a full graft take on in all three cases.The follow-up was 5 weeks to 3 monthes. Satisfactory cosmetic and functional results were obtained in all patients. Conclusions In the scalp defect with exposed skull, Pelnac offers a simply procedure to reconstruct scalp.allows to obtain a thicker and more durable coverage than skin graft on the skull.关键词
