摘要
Abstract
Objective To seek method of correcting low nasal dorsal and large nosal tip by EPTFE combining with autogenous aural cartilage graft. Methods The incision is transcolumellar incision and it is connected to standard marginal incision. Then doing autogenous aural cartilage graft to raise the tip of columella pillar.After that doing alar cartilage suture At last putting in the EPTFE implanting. Results The group of 36patients were followed up for 3 months to 24months, after rhinoplasty all patients improved significantly.The form is naturally satisfactory. Conclusion EPTFE combining with autogenous aural cartilage graft is an effective surgical method to correct low nasal dorsal and large nosal tip.关键词
